Lift Assist
Pallets weighing above 750kgs which require loading or unloading via a pump truck and tail-lift will be subject to a £5.00 per consignment Lift Assist surcharge in line with the Palletline Health & Safety policy.
Oversize Pallets
Please refer to the pallet definition sheet, Palletline are unique in charging for 1 pallet space for a full single pallet consignment up to 1.52m in length.
Wasted Collection & Redelivery Charges
A wasted collection charge of £25.00 per pallet will be applicable, should we for any reason out of our own liability be unable to collect the consignment as requested.
A redelivery charge of £25.00 per pallet will be applicable should we for any reason out of our control be unable to deliver the consignment as requested.
A driver is limited to a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes at the collection and delivery points after which time they will be moved on. We will call you for parking permission if it is required to make the collection or delivery, any parking fines incurred by the driver will be chargeable.
